Refund policy

We can offer refunds or replacements on all products we sell, in certain situations. 

Change of mind

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully.

Dahlia Tubers

Please unpack your order as soon as possible when it arrives. If you have any concerns please contact us as soon as possible. Please email us within 7 days of your order arriving.

If you suspect that your tuber is unviable (does not have an eye, or is damaged in such a way that it will not grow), or if you receive the wrong item contact us at hello@florelie.com.au as soon as possible. 

We cannot be responsible for plants failing to grow once they have been planted, or if the storage instructions provided with your tuber have not been followed. 

Please email your name and multiple good quality photos with different angles of the tuber to us at hello@florelie.com.au

Please contact us on hello@florelie.com.au if you have any issues within the first 6 months of purchase. 

Refunds and replacements

We will notify you via email and let you know if a refund or replacement has been approved or not.

Sometimes we are able to offer a replacement of the same or similar product. This is not always the case as we are dealing with plants.

If approved, we will process your refund. Refunds may take 5-7 days to process. It can take some time for the bank/credit card company to process. If more than 10 days have passed since we processed your refund and you haven't received it into your account please contact us so we can look into it.
