Afternoon tea in the dahlia field 2025

Together Ethan and Lorelie Merton grow around 20,000 dahlias on their property at Bungaree, Victoria. Join us for an afternoon immersed in the beauty of the dahlia field. Florelie is rarely opened to the public. This exclusive event is a unique opportunity to visit a flower farm in bloom during peak dahlia season. Tickets are limited.

Your ticket includes:

• Delicious afternoon tea in the dahlia field. Catering supplied by local business Edible Indulgence. Both savoury and sweet options provided. We can cater for dietary restrictions with advanced notice. Please let us know when you book your ticket.
• Access to wander freely through the dahlia field viewing 20,000 dahlia plants. The dahlia field is approx. 2 acres in size.
• View our new seedling dahlias (3,000+) as well as up and coming dahlias from our breeding program.
• Walk through a commercial cut flower farm.
• Lorelie will share briefly about the farm and there will be opportunity for Q & A over afternoon tea.
• Complete the experience with a beautiful bunch of dahlias to take home.
• Afternoon tea will be held in the dahlia field (weather permitting) at the farm in Bungaree, Vic
• Please wear closed toe shoes and bring a sun hat or wear sunscreen. The flower field is in full sun and there is no shade in the field outside of the tents we will have set up for the event.

The farm address will be emailed to participants closer to the date.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: If you have any dietary requirements, please add it in the comments section at checkout or send us an email (hello@florelie.com.au) so we can cater for afternoon tea.

Please note tickets are non-refundable, however if you are unable to make it on the day you may send someone else in your place.

In case of wet weather which impacts on our ability to host afternoon tea in the dahlia field we will contact you to either reschedule or refund your ticket.
