A miniature decorative with flowers ranging from shades of pink to peach across the season. The combination of flower colour, tall plants and long stems made Flamingo a natural choice for the name of this lovely dahlia.
The plants were some of the tallest on the farm in 2025 and flowers are borne on long, strong but thin stems. The plants were over 6 foot tall and stable in unsupported field production on the farm in 2025. Plants are immensely productive with flowers consistently produced across the season. This was one of the top performing varieties in the field in 2025 producing an abundance of buckets across the season.
Tubers of this variety are typically long and skinny rather than the stereotypical fat-bodied tubers dahlias can produce.
